About Us

There is a ton of information on why to have your carpets and floors cleaned. There a lot of carpet cleaning companies that make you think it was a mistake to hire them. They tell you one low price then charge you every additional little thing (many carpet cleaners are paid on commission the more you pay the more they make).

Some charge for a "DEEP Total". Which means you are paying them more than what they were supposed to do, to begin with.

Some national chains give you a 3-hour time frame that the technician will arrive in. And if they don't the customer is left calling the third party at national headquarters to find out where the tech is. Any one of these is enough reason to never have your carpet cleaned again. And I personally know that a lot of companies operate this way on every single job. Not all companies are the same though.

So why is B & B different? I have 4 children mostly grown now. I have been a stay-at-home father. I am no stranger to changing diapers, doing dishes, washing laundry, scrounging to come up with food for dinner, and being amazed at all the things that end up under the couch. I know the struggle to pay bills, make rent, keep the car running, and toys for kids to play with OK, I admit I played with the legos as much as they did).

We lived in rental houses that desperately need carpets cleaned if when we moved they definitely needed after my kids had played, ate, spilled, and everything else on them. I never could afford to have my carpets cleaned. I intentionally keep my prices as low as I can because I know how hard it is to come up with $$$ to have it done.

If you work 40 hours at $10 you bring home just over $300. I remember the first job I brought home $10 an hour I thought I had arrived in paradise many of my customers are retired and pinching every penny. Carpet cleaning is not a necessity it is a luxury service. But that doesn't mean that your kids and you don't deserve clean carpets to play on.

If someone tells you that every single stain can be removed they aren't telling you the truth. They either just don't know better or are just trying to get paid for the job. I clean every carpet to the best of our ability regardless of the size or kind of house it's in. The price I quote on the phone will be the price I charge. I will never hand you a list of added charges for removing gum or wax.
